Injection systems

Pure Epoxy GEN3 (585ml)

A next-generation pure epoxy developed to provide ultimate performance. It is one of the only adhesive anchors with a true 100-year design life approval.

Hybrid GEN2 (280ml or 420ml)

A rapid-cure, styrene-free, non-sag, extreme-performance hybrid injection adhesive that combines the superior strength of epoxy with a fast-curing vinylester. Great for almost all adhesive anchor applications in professional or DIY spaces

Vinylester styrene-free (300ml or 400ml)

A rapid cure, styrene-free, non-sag, high-performance Injection adhesive. Suitable for threaded rod and rebar in cracked and non-cracked concrete as well as C1 seismic applications

Polypro GEN2 Styrene Free (300ml or 420ml)

A fast-cure, styrene-free, marine-grade injection system for anchoring threaded rod into concrete, hollow brick and block. Now, with ETA Assessment Option 1 for cracked and non-cracked concrete and C1 & C2 seismic performance ratings. ETA approved for use in wet and water-flooded holes. Ab economical chemical adhesive anchor ideal for medium-load requirement jobs in both professional and DIY spaces.

Mixer nozzles

ICCONS mixer nozzles help to blend the adhesive cartridge content, allowing for the perfect ratio and ensuring the proper curing and strength properties. Please ensure that the selected nozzle and adhesive are compatible before purchase.

Plastic sleeves

Plastic sleeves can be used when using injection adhesives in hollow base materials. The sleeve prevents the adhesive from falling through the material cavity and allows the anchor of choice to be inserted and adhered to properly.
