Flat 6060 T5 is a Aluminium Flat 6060 T5 – available in 4000mm lengths or cut to your sizes. Aluminium Alloy 6060 is a medium strength heat treatable alloy with good corrosion resistance and very good weldability. Aluminum is a favourite with customers being a softer metal than steel it can be easily drilled – cut – formed with hand tools. It is a very veristile metal and can be considered in most applications. Aluminium is also very light while maintaining good strength properties. It is also a cost effective option. 6060 alloy material grade is used for the ”geometric size ranges” which includes flat bars – equal and unequal angles – channels – square bars – small rounds bars.
